About me

Joseph graduated from the University College of Osteopathy in 2018 having previously studied Sport and Exercise Science. He has over 10 years of clinical experience, working as both an Osteopath and a Sports massage therapist.

Joseph has a wealth of experience treating a wide range of patients, from office workers to international athletes. Now in practice, he uses a combination of his personal experiences; his hands-on approach, medical acupuncture and exercise prescription including an interest in pilates rehabilitation.

Joseph was part of the ‘Osteopathy in Sports Care Association’ intern programme, which saw him work alongside some of the country's top level athletes. Here he worked as trackside therapist, ensuring the athletes were in peak condition. He also has worked with long distance and marathon runners, and enjoyed the opportunity to represent Team Jordan as a manual therapist in the Asian Games 2018 in Indonesia.

Joseph always aims to restore patient confidence, and enjoys being part of the journey back to optimal health.

During his teens Joseph ran track and competed nationally  in the 400 and 800m. He now enjoys more social running, swimming, cycling and going to the gym. He swears by daily pilates which has helped him recover from a lower back injury he picked up in the gym. His other passions are finding good  local coffee and sourdough spots, watching his beloved team Arsenal and walking his dog Tissy.
